Products and handmade variation

Our dolls are handmade, often to order. Small differences in color, stitching, measurements and facial details are part of the handmade character and are not defects. Product photos are representative; screen colors may vary.

Orders, pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable materials or an incorrect delivery restriction, and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Payment is completed through Stripe at checkout; card details are never handled by this site. An order is only confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as successful, and an unpaid order may be cancelled and its stock released.

Production, shipping and customs

Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees. Tracking is supplied when available. Customers are responsible for accurate addresses and for any import duties, VAT or local charges not collected at checkout.

Intellectual property

Photographs, text and original character designs remain the intellectual property of 95zRust or their respective owners.

• Reproducing our designs for wholesale or factory production is not permitted without written approval.
• Our photographs may not be reused without written approval.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and the accuracy of information you provide. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape protected content or use it for unlawful activity.

Returns, liability and disputes

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy. To the extent permitted by law, 95zRust is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your location.
